Rates and Policy

We prefer to quote pricing on a case by case basis as there are so many variables to a recording session (how many hours or days, how many people present, will you need mixing and mastering, is it music or voiceover, etc). Please reach out via our contact form, or give us a call at 817-922-5444 to discuss your particular needs.

Session musicians can be arranged on request. Let us know what instruments you need and what genre it's for.

50% deposit required in advance to secure booking. A booking is only "penciled in" until deposit is received.

You are billed from the time your session is scheduled to start. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for load in if possible.

If circumstances require you to reschedule a session please give us at least 7 days notice.

Cancellations and no shows within 48 hours of the scheduled session results in loss of deposit and requires 100 percent up front payment to reschedule.

Please make arrangements to bring a mac formatted hard drive or flash drive if you want to keep a copy of your files when finished. We typically keep files for a year or more but ultimately it is YOUR responsibility to have a backup for archival or future adjustments.
