Rates and Policy

Since every session has different requirements, we do not publish rates but would love to find out more about your project and vision so we can create a custom quote tailored to your needs. Please call 817-922-5444 or head over to our contact page to complete our online email form. We typically will respond within 24 hours.

50 Percent non-refundable deposit is required to reserve studio time.

You are billed from the time your session is scheduled to start. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for load in if possible.

If circumstances require you to reschedule a session please give us at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations and no shows within 24 hours of the scheduled session results in loss of deposit and requires 100 percent up front payment to reschedule.

We are not liable for files/data stored on our computers longer than one year. Please make arrangements to bring a mac formatted hard drive/flash drive so you can have a copy of files.
